Acceptance of terms
By accessing RydeCamp, browsing listings, submitting information, creating an account, claiming a campground, posting events, uploading media, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced in the Legal Center.
Informational platform
RydeCamp is an informational campground discovery platform. Riders, campers, drivers, passengers, guests, and other users travel, ride, camp, tow, explore, and recreate at their own risk.
Users must independently verify trail access, trail legality, campground availability, booking status, road conditions, weather, closures, fire restrictions, permits, vehicle requirements, equipment requirements, local rules, state rules, federal rules, private-property restrictions, and safety conditions before traveling or recreating.
RydeCamp does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, safety, availability, or current condition of any campground, trail, road, event, point of interest, owner listing, review, map marker, or third-party information.
RydeCamp is not responsible for injury, death, property damage, citations, towing, rescues, cancellations, lost reservations, lost revenue, losses, inconvenience, weather impacts, closures, access disputes, or negligence by users, campground operators, landowners, event hosts, service providers, or other third parties.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for your own travel planning, route decisions, towing decisions, vehicle operation, equipment, permits, compliance with laws, and personal safety. You agree not to rely on RydeCamp as your only source of safety, access, legal, weather, or availability information.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through your account. RydeCamp may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, creates risk, violates these terms, or harms the platform or community.
User and owner content
You may submit campground information, photos, reviews, event information, claim requests, notes, and other content. You represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. RydeCamp may edit, reject, moderate, remove, or decline to publish content at our discretion.
Third-party services
RydeCamp may link to campground websites, booking providers, maps, social networks, payment processors, email tools, analytics tools, CRM tools, and other services. Those third parties are responsible for their own websites, services, policies, availability, and actions.
No warranties
RydeCamp is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, safety, legality, and uninterrupted service to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RydeCamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses involving injury, death, property damage, citations, towing, rescues, cancellations, lost reservations, lost profits, platform interruptions, or third-party conduct.
